The private balcony offers a side sea view and a view of Mont Saint-Clair—perfect for Sète sunsets. Separate bedroom with new bedding, convertible sofa, new silent air conditioning, electric shutters, Smart TV, fiber Wi-Fi, and ample storage. The kitchenette is fully equipped: induction hob, microwave grill, air fryer, Nespresso-compatible coffee maker, mini fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, complete dishes and utensils. Complimentary coffee capsules provided. No traditional oven, washing machine, or dishwasher: self-service laundromat 190 m away, open daily. Bathroom with hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, and toilet paper provided. The entire neighborhood is walkable: shops, restaurants, and market 5 minutes away; city center and port easily accessible. Also 5 minutes away: Corniche promenade and settings from “Demain Nous Appartient.” Bed linen and towels for 4 provided. On departure, please leave the apartment tidy: empty bins, cupboards, and fridge, and remove sheets from beds. You will be welcomed in person with key handover and a full property tour. Check-in from 4:00 to 7:30 p.m. Early check-out or late arrival possible by prior arrangement, for an extra fee. No arrivals after 9:00 p.m. Check-out before 11:00 a.m.; late check-out on request.
